This Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep dark red colour with bluish hues. Very fruity, has red and black berries, vanilla and marmalade aromas. Full bodied, has rounded and velvety tannins and a long lasting after taste. Excellent companion of grilled beef, lamb and also goes along well with roasted chicken. Also matches with stews and beef broth or soups. Nice with chocolate cakes and desserts.
